Return and refund policy
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Refund is made to customer's bank account within the timeframe of 5-7days from the date of refund approval.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All delivery timeframes on delivery timeline page are estimates of the service and not guaranteed, this applies to all standard services and includes express delivery. We, therefore, do not offer any monetary compensation for delayed delivery on orders that left us on time and arrived outside of the estimated time frames due to unforeseen courier delays en-route.
By law, delivery needs to be "within a reasonable time", which is considered up to 14 working days after the order date. If the courier creates their own delivery estimate, we do not guarantee this will be met and will not offer monetary compensation for delays or late delivery.
The estimates for delivery are valid on orders placed before 1 pm ( IST ) on weekdays. Any order placed after this cut off time is estimated to arrive after 1 extra working day. Working days are considered to be: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Bank holidays are not working days.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day (excluding weekends), this is not guaranteed. Inventory issues and other fulfillment problems can also lead to delays in getting your order to the courier.
Deliveries should be stress-free, that's why all our delivery services are fully trackable, if you have not received a tracking link in your confirmation email.
Please make sure if you haven't got confirmation mail which includes tracking id with respected courier partner in next 3 working days after placing order(s) So kindly reach out to with us in our Whatsapp support only Because sometimes we do not have sufficient time to contact you over inventory issues and past best before notifications etc. You will be automatically refunded for an item which is out of stock or you can exchange with another product as well.
Unless you contact us before shipment, delivery by the courier to a 'safe place' eg. Watchman, leave by door ,friend collects behalf on you etc. or delivery to a neighbour is regarded the exact same as being accepted by you at your delivery address provided. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss occurring while parcels are in a safe place or at a neighbours address and will not offer any form of a refund.
If you believe your order has gone missing in transit please allow 10 full working days after getting your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel has still not arrived after the 10 working days we will then open an investigation with the courier. Once this investigation is complete, a resolution will be provided.
After three delivery attempts ( different days ) to your shipping address, there is a chance that the courier will then return your order to us. If this occurs, then shipping cost will be charged ( including return and forward courier fee) or if you intend to cancel the order then we will deduct 40% from the total order value and then the remaining amount will be refunded
Eg. If Total ordered value is ₹1000
Then we will deduct ₹400 ( 40% )
And remaining ₹600
₹600 we will refunded.

Order cancellation policy: Due to the automated shipping system we use tight time constraints of dispatching orders, we're unable to cancel orders after they're shipped from our warehouse - please do not place an order if you intend to cancel right away as we have no way to stop this.
